Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal ice cream and dairy products, we cannot accept physical returns once a purchase is completed. If you are unsatisfied with your order or experienced an issue with delivery, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a resolution.

Email our customer care team or visit your local Marble Slab creamery with your order number and receipt within 24 hours of purchase.

Include clear photographs of the product and packaging if there was damage during delivery or a quality discrepancy.

Our team will review your claim to ensure it meets our freshness and safety standards for a refund or store credit eligibility.
- 4.Resolution Processing
Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or a replacement voucher will be sent to your email within 3-5 business days.
